Front of House Ambassador Location: London Contract Type: Permanent We are hiring a Front of House Ambassador to join ISS and become a key part of the workplace experience team. In this role, you will be at the heart of the customer journey—creating an exceptional front-of-house experience that enhances well-being, strengthens company culture, and ensures our client’s workplace is a place people feel welcomed, supported, and valued. As a Front of House Ambassador, you will represent ISS as the face of the building, delivering 5-star customer service, supporting daily operations, and ensuring all visitors and employees experience a seamless, curated service from the moment they arrive. Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys creating meaningful, human-centred workplace experiences. You will own the touchpoint journey, build strong relationships with customers, and act as a trusted partner in delivering outstanding service. Working closely with the Workplace Team, you will support reception services, meeting room management, event delivery, security awareness, and customer enquiries—always with professionalism, accuracy, and warmth. Key Responsibilities • Deliver a world-class welcome and personalised service to clients, colleagues, and visitors., • Manage reception duties including calls, enquiries, visitor check-in, printing badges, and managing temporary passes., • Support meeting room bookings, ensure requirements are met, and liaise with relevant teams to maintain service standards., • Raise and close helpdesk tasks related to Front of House operations., • Assist with events and provide on-site support, including out-of-hours when required., • Conduct site audits and seek opportunities to improve the workplace experience., • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional reception environment, ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety guidelines., • Act as a point of contact for general enquiries, taxi bookings, client requests, and visitor support., • Provide Condeco training and assistance to new users., • Remain security-minded and report any suspicious behaviour or packages promptly., • Serve as Fire Warden for the reception area and guide clients during evacuations. Professional and Personal Competencies • Experience in corporate, hospitality, or customer-service environments., • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset., • High degree of accuracy and excellent time management., • Proficient with MS Office and workplace systems., • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team., • Motivated, professional, flexible, and committed to delivering high standards., • Solid understanding of Health & Safety practices.
