You will learn a huge amount and add a skill to your CV. The candidate needs to be able to work well under pressure and have great team skills which will then help in assisting the team achieving a well organised day to day running of the smokehouse here in Hackney, East London. Here at Secret Smokehouse we have extremely high food safety standards with our EC number, the candidate must have a clear understanding offood saefty, cross contamination & personal hygiene - ideally Food Safety Level 2 [if not we provid training].
