The role of Pastry Chef De Partie: - Preparation and service of classic European patisserie, using quality ingredients, and adhering to recipes, specifications and standards. - Oversee a designated pastry station, ensuring the consistent preparation and delivery of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. - Training and supervision of Pastry Demi and Pastry Commis Chefs, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards. - Working as part of a professional team within a well-equipped kitchen.
