Employee Relations Manager (Workforce Change & Restructuring) Location: London 2/3 days onsite Hybrid Salary Range: Up to 80k per annum Brief Summary Annapurna Recruitment is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead HR delivery across complex workforce change and restructuring programmes within a global financial services environment. The role will manage end-to-end HR workstreams covering reorganisations, redundancies, TUPE/LEE transfers, outsourcing, mergers, and senior exits. One of London’s leading Students’ Unions is seeking a Procurement and Carbon Compliance Manager for a new role. The position is permanent, part-time for 4 days per week. The role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week expected onsite in central London. The salary offered is £43,000 - £52,000 per annum plus an excellent benefits package and sector leading pension. The SU serves more than 50,000 students and has around 120 staff. The campus is a thriving and diverse place with a range of services and facilities available for students, enabling them to enjoy their time and flourish whilst studying at University. The role would best suit someone with some prior experience in a procurement role looking to step up to a manager level position. It will suit someone who can cope with the challenge of creating their own workload, targets, demonstrate ambition and wants to progress and develop.
