My Client is a leading Facilities company they are looking for a People& Culture Business partner to join the team. Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm 30 mins unpaid break • Drive business performance through people and culture strategies, by implementing P&C initiatives that enhanc, • Engagement, productivity, and retention within the business area., • Develop, build and test solutions that strengthen organisational effectiveness and address identified P&C gaps., • Develop and embed P&C solutions that support winning talent, operational excellence, business growth and customer, • Retention., • Identify, assess, and implement strategies that reduce employment, compliance, and operational risks., • Lead organisational design, restructuring and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of, • People projects and embedding sustainable changes aligned with strategic objectives., • Provide guidance on complex or escalated cases, including policy interpretation, ER case management, TUPE, and, • Union engagement in line with relevant CoEs, • Deliver professional employee relations advice in line with policies, procedures, and employment law, that minimises, • risk, fosters fairness, and supports business goals., • Actively participate in operational and P&C solution meetings to provide insights, anticipate issues, and enable, • Informed leadership decisions., • Coach, mentor, and build the skills of the People & Culture team to deliver impactful results across the business
