About the Role We're currently looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to join our team to work the Front-End Shift leading a team of six QA Technicians on the factory floor. You'll be the driving force behind maintaining and improving quality standards in a fast-paced, high-volume food manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of 6 QA Technicians covering both day and night shifts, • Oversee daily quality assurance activities, including audits, checks, and compliance tasks, • Maintain high standards across a range of multi-retail customers, • Collaborate with the other QA Manager to ensure smooth handovers and continuity, • Champion a culture of food safety, hygiene, and continuous improvement on site About You You are an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a hands on leadership style who is supportive and focused on development.
