The Role As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating, enhancing, and supporting the client’s housing and case management systems. Essential Experience To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong hands-on experience with Zoho or similar low-code platforms. Proven knowledge of SQL databases, reporting, and data management. Background in CRM and case management systems, preferably in a housing context. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Desirable Skills While not essential, the following will be advantageous: Experience with housing associations, local authorities, or related housing systems.
