You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping match them to their dream homes while building the skills and experience to take your career to the next level. What you'll be doing: Turn curiosity into conversations — connect with potential renters, uncover what they’re looking for, and match them with homes they’ll love Paint the picture — bring properties and neighbourhoods to life with engaging descriptions that spark excitement and get customers booking Own the journey — guide renters from that first “hello” through to locking in a viewing, making every step smooth and enjoyable Spot the perfect match — when a better option pops up, confidently recommend it and wow the customer with your insight Smash your targets — work side-by-side with our B2B Sales team to not just meet goals, but beat them Stay ahead of the curve — learn about new developments fast and pitch them with confidence and flair Keep it sharp — update our systems with accurate details and follow up with leads so no opportunity slips through the net About you: A natural communicator: who thrives on talking to people and building rapport quickly. Organised under pressure: able to juggle multiple conversations and keep everything on track. Tech- Savvy and curious: you pick up new systems fast and aren’t afraid to try new tools Goal-driven and customer-focused: you love hitting targets while making sure every customer walks away impressed The Package: Salary: £25,400 (Commission paid on top of base salary) Office location: Southwark, London (Office Based) Benefits of working with us: Annual Leave: 24 days leave + your birthday off!
