The Role: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the Manager in delivering high-quality care and support to mothers and babies, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards, and promoting positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the unit., • Support and supervise staff, promoting professional development., • Work collaboratively with external agencies and stakeholders., • Contribute to regulatory inspections and reports.
