A clear career path into Project Management for individuals that want progress in that direction.\n\nYou will join an established firm involved in the design and installation of Commercial / Professional Kitchens across the North of England and Scotland. Your role will be to support the Sales and Projects Teams with estimating of both single items and full schemes, general administration / customer support and ensure equipment is available when required for projects on site.\n\nYour role as Sales and Project Support will involve;\n\nAnswering telephone calls and making outgoing phone calls\nHandle and co-ordinate service calls\nUsing Exell, prepare purchase orders, client acknowledgements, delivery notes and invoices\nLiaise with suppliers to ensure goods are available to meet 'on site' dates, on a "just in time basis"\nPrepare accurate estimates for single items through to full schemes.\nAbility to read scaled design drawings and prepare specifications for estimates\nPrepare O&M Manuals\nPrepare RAMS\nAccept delivery of goods and supplies\nCheck for damaged or missing items.\nStore goods appropriately\nPick and pack orders for dispatch.\nMove stock around either by hand, using lifting equipment.\nLoad goods for dispatch\nCarry out stock counts as and when required. \n\nSkills and Attributes:\n\nKnowledge of CAD software (beneficial, not essential)\nAble to work well as part of a team.\nAbility to work accurately and methodically.\nGood numeracy and IT skills\nGood communication skills\nAbility to plan and organise work.\nAbility to accurately complete paperwork and count stock items\nAn understanding of health and safety requirements\nFlexible approach to duties and tasks\nGood understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of poor quality \n\nThe role will suit individuals currently working as a Sales and Project Support, Sales Administrator, Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, Warehouse Support and be living within a commutable distance of Newcastle upon Tyne, Sunderland, Durham, Bishop Auckland, Hartlepool, Consett, Hexham, Middlesbrough, Morpeth, Blyth, Ashington, Peterlee or be willing to relocate.\n\nPlease forward your CV by clicking Apply Now
