Our services include web and mobile development, eCommerce solutions, and digital marketing support. Due to increased client demand and ongoing business growth, we are recruiting an Account Manager (Digital Marketing & Advertising) on a permanent basis. *Role Overview The Account Manager (Digital Marketing & Advertising) will manage client accounts and coordinate the planning, delivery, monitoring, and improvement of digital marketing and advertising campaigns across suitable media channels. The role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered to agreed requirements, and supporting business growth through effective account management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving commercial objectives. *Key Duties and Responsibilities The Account Manager (Digital Marketing & Advertising) will be responsible for the following duties: • Liaising with clients to agree the product/service to be marketed, defining target audiences, and assessing suitable digital and traditional media channels, • Planning and coordinating advertising and digital marketing campaigns (including online advertising and social media) to achieve agreed objectives and budgets, • Preparing campaign proposals, schedules, and costings, and presenting recommendations to clients, • Coordinating with internal teams (technical, design, content and marketing) to ensure campaign delivery meets client requirements, • Monitoring campaign performance using relevant reports/analytics and reviewing outcomes in light of performance data, sales figures, surveys, and client feedback, • Revising campaign strategy, channel selection and messaging where required to improve effectiveness and cost-efficiency, • Maintaining awareness of market and media changes, including advertising rates, platform developments, and audience trends, • Managing ongoing client relationships, handling queries and complaints appropriately, and ensuring high standards of customer service, • Supporting client retention and account growth by identifying opportunities for additional services aligned with the company’s IT and digital offering, • Coordinating and arranging promotional activities such as conferences, exhibitions, seminars and client events where required *Skills and Competencies • Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills, • Good organisational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple deadlines, • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance information and make improvements, • Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and campaign spend responsibly, • Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues professionally, • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms/tools Qualifications and Experience • A degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, advertising, international business, or a related field is preferred, • Experience managing advertising campaigns and client accounts, • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment *How to Apply Please submit your CV or short cover letter outlining your relevant experience for the role.     I need someone to help with marketing/new business for my property-based graphic design business. Hubspot • Scraping contact data to enrich existing contacts, • Adding new contacts, • Managing lists to ensure that all contacts and contact data are current, • Generating new marketing EDMs (1 per month, per target sector) Linkedin • Creating new marketing posts (2 per week), • Inviting potential clients to connect and to follow our page Instagram • Creating engaging content for our channel, based on the Linkedin posts Reporting on impressions, clicks, web traffic This is a regular day-rate gig for a self-motivated individual who wants to gain experience/testimonials towards an independent marketing consultancy role. Results will be measurable as I’m currently doing no marketing / new business at all. I am prepared to discuss commission on profits generated. After orientation, I will have relatively high expectations of work rate and achievement of targets. This is a London-based role, I would like to be able to meet you when required.
