UK Head of Retail Location: Hybrid Sweet Bee Organics is a fast growing organic wellness and skincare brand with a strong DTC foundation and an expanding retail presence. As we enter the next phase of growth, we are appointing a Head of Retail to build, lead, and scale our retail strategy across wholesale partners, key accounts, and future owned retail concepts. This is a senior, commercially accountable role with full ownership of retail revenue, performance, and brand execution in physical environments. The Role The Head of Retail will define and execute the end to end retail strategy. You will be responsible for where and how Sweet Bee Organics shows up in the physical world, ensuring retail becomes a high performing, profitable, and brand enhancing channel alongside DTC. You will lead key retail relationships, manage and grow a high performing retail team, and work cross functionally to ensure flawless execution from pitch to shelf. Key Responsibilities • Own and deliver the global retail strategy across the UK, • Lead all retail revenue across wholesale, key accounts, and strategic retail partnerships, • Secure and manage relationships with premium national and international retailers, clinics, spas, and wellness destinations, • Develop and execute retail launch plans, ranging, pricing, and promotional strategies, • Ensure strong sell through via education, staff training, retail marketing, and merchandising standards, • Own retail forecasting, targets, and performance reporting, • Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure retail demand is accurately forecast and fulfilled, • Partner with Marketing and Brand teams to ensure consistent in store storytelling and customer experience, • Liaising with US counterpart to ensure retail consistency, • Build and lead the retail and field team as the channel scales, • 10+ years experience leading retail or wholesale for a premium beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brand, • Proven track record of scaling retail revenue while protecting brand integrity, • Strong commercial and strategic capability, with a clear understanding of margins, pricing, and channel mix, • Confident leader with experience building and managing high performing teams, • Experienced in negotiating with major retailers and managing complex key accounts, • Operationally sharp, comfortable with forecasting, planning, and performance management, • Senior leadership role with real influence on the company’s growth trajectory, • Opportunity to shape how a modern organic wellness brand shows up in retail globally, • Direct exposure to the Founder and leadership team
