As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy in OOH, QSR, Casual Dining, Foodservice and Wholesale, driving new opportunities, strengthening key relationships, and acting as a true ambassador for the business Key responsibilities: • Identify, pursue, and win new business aligned with our strategic goals, • Take ownership of pricing, margins, and cost management while delivering customer value, • Develop and execute commercial strategies that fuel long-term growth, • Collaborate with customers to create solutions that deliver mutual success, • Build strong, lasting partnerships that drive loyalty and repeat business, • Lead tender submissions from strategy through to successful delivery, • Represent the brand with confidence, delivering exceptional customer experiences Driving Business Growth: • Take the lead in delivering ambitious growth plans, • Play a key role in shaping the annual commercial strategy, • Build and deliver a focused sales budget with clear growth targets, • Partner with the Commercial Director to unlock new opportunities, • Support innovation and product development initiatives, • Deliver compelling, high-impact customer presentations Owning Profitability: • Manage pricing structures and lead on all commercial quotations, • Create win-win solutions that balance customer needs with strong margins, • Lead tenders with a strategic, commercially focused approach, • Maintain consistent and sustainable profitability across accounts Account Management Excellence: • Act as a trusted partner, managing customer relationships with pace and precision, • Ensure seamless day-to-day supply and service delivery, • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business and supply chain, • Communicate forecasts and updates internally to keep teams aligned, • Work closely with NPD, Process, and Technical teams to deliver best-in-class service, • Oversee product development and specifications with a customer-first mindset, • Ensure full compliance with industry standards
