The Role The Digital Trading Manager will take full ownership of online trading performance, shaping strategy while driving the day-to-day execution across multiple websites. It’s a hands-on role with real impact - from planning trading calendars and delivering campaigns to analysing performance and spotting new opportunities for growth. Working closely with marketing, optimisation and brand teams, they’ll ensure every promotion and on-site experience converts, while also looking ahead to longer-term improvements in design, content and functionality. Alongside this, they’ll lead and inspire a talented trading team, setting clear goals and creating a culture where results are celebrated and careers can thrive. The Person The ideal candidate will be commercially sharp, data-driven and passionate about e-commerce. With at least five years’ experience in a similar digital role, they’ll bring a strong track record of delivering sales growth and a deep understanding of trading platforms and analytics tools. They’ll be equally confident making quick, data-led decisions as they are shaping long-term strategy, and they’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key.
