We are looking for someone deeply embedded in the DTC/ecommerce world. You understand: • Performance creative, • Paid social growth, • E-commerce launch cycles, • Creative testing velocity, • Scaling consumer brands, • Retention and revenue conversations, • How fast-moving founders operate You’ve likely worked with e-commerce brands before and know the pace, pressure, and expectations that come with scaling them. This role is for someone who can confidently lead high-growth DTC accounts while managing and elevating a pod of Account Managers underneath them. Client & Commercial Leadership: • Own senior relationships across larger, higher-impact accounts, • Lead strategic client conversations, performance reviews and planning, • Guide clients through launches, pivots and scale moments, • Spot upsell, retention and growth opportunities Pod & People Management: • Line-manage Account Managers within your pod, • Coach AMs on communication, organisation and client ownership, • Raise delivery standards across accounts and workflows, • Support hiring, onboarding and development of AMs Delivery & Quality Control: • Oversee UGC and creative workflows across the pod, • Ensure launches are planned, resourced and executed cleanly, • Act as escalation point for delivery or client risk, • Maintain consistency across processes and client experience What you bring: • 4+ years’ experience in agency account management, • Proven experience managing or mentoring Account Managers, • Strong understanding of performance creative, UGC and launch cycles, • Confidence running senior client conversations independently, • Commercial awareness — retention, margin, and growth matter to you, • Calm authority — clients and teams trust your judgment Who you are: • A true manager - you enjoy leading people, not just accounts, • Standards-driven - you care about quality and consistency, • Accountable - you own outcomes across your pod, • Structured and decisive - you bring order and clarity, • A role model - AMs learn by watching how you operate, • Client Portfolio: Work with a diverse range of D2C and e-commerce brands, spanning multiple niches and continents., • Exceptional Team: Collaborate with a world-class team of motivated and high-performing individuals., • Career Growth: Enjoy opportunities for rapid career progression in a fast-growing agency., • Work-Life Balance: 27 days paid holiday (plus your birthday off), hybrid working, and flexibility to work abroad for up to 30 days., • Comprehensive Benefits: Private health and dental insurance, company pension scheme, and structured training programmes., • Remote working with 1 day a month in London Head Office.
