Location: UK (field-based, regular travel to customers) Company: PU Tech Ltd (trading as PU Wholesale & Distribution) – About Us PU Wholesale & Distribution is a fast‑growing UK wholesaler & distributor supplying vapes, smoking sundries, confectionery, soft drinks and related products to independent retailers and convenience stores across the UK. We work with leading brands such as Elf Bar, Lost Mary, SKE, Crystal, DOJO, Vaporesso, Bloody Bar, IVG and many more, combining competitive pricing with reliable service and next‑day delivery on qualifying orders. We’re now looking for experienced Field Sales Managers to help us grow our retail customer base, deepen relationships with existing accounts and drive revenue across key regions. The Role As Field Sales Manager, you will: • Manage and grow a portfolio of independent retail accounts (convenience stores, vape shops, off‑licences, newsagents, etc.), • Proactively visit stores to open new accounts, present our product range and secure orders, • Achieve and exceed monthly sales, margin and new‑account targets, • Plan and execute field sales routes efficiently to maximise customer visits, • Launch new products and promotions in‑store, ensuring strong visibility and compliance, • Build long‑term relationships with store owners and managers, becoming their go‑to wholesale partner, • Gather market and competitor insights from the field and feed back to management, • Work closely with internal teams (customer service, purchasing, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery We’re looking for someone who is: • Experienced in field sales – ideally selling into independent retailers, convenience, FMCG or vape/tobacco categories, • Target‑driven with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets, • Confident face‑to‑face with excellent communication and negotiation skills, • Organised and self‑motivated, able to plan your own schedule and work with minimal supervision, • Comfortable with regular travel within your territory and occasional travel across the UK, • Able to use basic digital tools (email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets/CRM) to manage your pipeline and reporting, • Previous field sales experience (minimum 2–3 years preferred), • Full UK driving licence and access to a car, • Right to work in the UK, • Competitive base salary (dependent on experience), • Attractive commission/bonus structure based on performance, • Mileage/expenses for business travel, • Product training and ongoing support Please apply via LinkedIn with: • Your CV, • A short note outlining your field sales experience and biggest sales achievement to date
