As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and proactive Sales & Customer Coordinator to join our team. The Role This is a key role within the business and will be the first point of contact for our trade and wholesale customers. You will manage incoming enquiries, process orders and coordinate dispatch while working closely with our sales, marketing and production teams to ensure customers receive outstanding service. Working within a small and collaborative team, the role offers a varied mix of customer service, sales coordination and operational support. This position is initially offered as maternity cover, however there is strong potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities • Acting as the first point of contact for trade customer enquiries by phone and email, • Processing and managing sales orders received via phone, email and online channels, • Answering product, sizing and order queries from retailers and customers, • Preparing invoices and sales documentation, • Coordinating dispatch and shipping of orders, • Monitoring backorders and communicating delivery timelines, • Liaising with production and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment, • Supporting the sales team with customer enquiries and order management, • Assisting with administrative tasks across the business, • Supporting the team at trade shows and events when required What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in a customer service, sales administration or office support role, • Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with customers, • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, • Comfortable working within a small and collaborative team, • Confident using computer systems and adapting to internal software Desirable Experience • Knowledge or experience within the equestrian industry, • Experience working with wholesale or trade customers What We Offer • Competitive salary depending on experience, • 32 days holiday including bank holidays, • A varied and hands-on role within a growing British equestrian brand, • Opportunities to attend equestrian events and trade shows, • Friendly and collaborative working environment Location This is a full-time office-based role at our Corby headquarters, and applicants must be within reasonable commuting distance.
