Bar Manager - Luxury Boutique Hotel - Berkshire Salary £40-45,000 plus additional tronc of 3.5k Hours 45 hours per week Overview of the role: Seeking an experienced and polished Bar Manager to lead the bar operation and deliver an exceptional, guest-focused beverage experience You will oversee daily bar operations, lead and develop the bar team, curate an elevated beverage program, and ensure a warm, professional environment for all guests. Please note, the hotel is not on a public transport route, so please consider necessary travel arrangements.
