We are looking for a passionate Quality Assurance Coordinator/Quality Checker who wants to ensure complaint reviews are fair and compliant. You will responsible for reviewing and checking the work of the complaints team within the department by listening to calls, completing a checklist and then providing constructive feedback to support their development and success. What you’ll be doing: • Listening to customer calls and ensuring the team are following the guidelines and providing excellent customer service., • Ensuring that any complaint cases have been logged correctly onto the system., • Ensure all relevant customer responses have been adhered to in line with FCA guidelines., • Providing clear and constrictive feedback to team members., • Highlighting areas of improvement as and where necessary What we’d like to see from your application: • Previous experience within financial services complaints., • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Checker, • Proactive and confident handling multiple workstreams., • Strong attention to detail. Day rate: £185 a day gross via umbrella Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5:30pm. Location: On site in an office in Berkshire for 3 days a week with flexibility of 2 days working from home. We will not be able to offer relocation options on this role. Contract: Initial contract until the end of the year and then an extension expected till middle/end of next year.
