The role We are seeking a reliable, driven and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our team on a part time basis. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization and dealing with ad hoc tasks in the kitchen. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the restaurant and culinary industry as well as those that enjoy working in a fast paced environment striving to create high quality food in a takeaway market setting (located on the world famous Columbia Road during the weekly Flower Market). This is also a role where we would be open to developing your knowledge of the operations with a view to take on more responsibility as we grow.
