SEND Teaching Assistant We are partnering with a supportive, welcoming, and inclusive SEND school in Hillingdon that is seeking a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role involves providing tailored support across a range of classes, working closely with teachers and other support staff to meet the individual needs of pupils. Key Responsibilities for a SEND Teaching Assistant: Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support as a Teaching Assistant for pupils including those with SEND Work collaboratively, contributing positively to the school team Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons Observe and assess children's progress, offering valuable feedback to teachers and parents Offer constructive feedback to pupils on their progress and achievementsFor this role, you will have: Previous experience working within a SEND school setting Experience working with children, with a reference to support it An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one The ability to commute to Hounslow or live locallyPay Rate: £88.94 - £95 per day (PAYE), depending on experience.
