We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter/General Builder to join our dedicated team. The role We're looking for an experienced carpenter to work on a variety of domestic projects. although primarily a carpentry position basic knowledge of other aspects of the industry would be useful.Your main responsibilities will include: • First and second-fix carpentry, including stud walls, door linings, roofing, and flooring. The ability to build a ‘cut’ roof from plans is essential., • Working alongside other trades to help with structural alterations, • Fitting kitchens and other bespoke joinery., • Collaborating with other tradespeople to keep projects running efficiently., • Proven experience as a carpenter, • working knowledge of building regulations and safety practices., • The ability to work independently or as part of a small team., • A full set of your own tools., • Your own transport is not essential as a van may be available but a clean driving licence an advantage, • possible company van dependent on experience, • Competitive pay, dependent on experience., • A friendly team environment.
