Your Role: Talk, Capture, and Shape Decisions\n Every conversation you have is important. Whether you’re in a bustling city, a quaint town, or a serene rural community, your mission is to create a comfortable space for individuals to share their thoughts openly and honestly. \n Some participants may feel at ease right away, while others might need a little reassurance. Your warmth, professionalism, and exceptional listening skills will be key in making a difference. \n You’ll utilize a NatCen device to guide structured interviews and accurately record responses. This role is not only purposeful but also independent and people-focused. Plus, you’ll receive comprehensive training before heading out on your own! Field-Based Work with Real Support\n This is a travel-centric position. You’ll be assigned a specific fieldwork area, with route planning assistance to help you manage your time effectively. Expect travel times of around 30–60 minutes each way, with some projects requiring longer journeys or occasional overnight stays. Most projects offer paid travel time and mileage reimbursement. \n But don’t worry, you won’t be navigating this journey alone!
