Site Services & Security ManagerDays£50,000Willenhall A leading manufacturing company is seeking a proactive Site Services & Security Manager to oversee all aspects of facilities, security, and site operations. You will ensure the site runs safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulations, while leading a small team of support staff. Key Responsibilities / Duties • Manage and maintain all site security systems and protocols, including CCTV, access control, and emergency procedures, • Oversee the day-to-day operation of facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, waste management, and contractor performance, • Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and internal company policies, • Develop and implement site-wide policies, procedures, and risk assessments, • Lead, motivate, and manage the site services team, providing coaching and development opportunities, • Coordinate with senior management to plan budgets and capital projects for site improvements, • Strong leadership and team management abilities, • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail, • Ability to analyse and improve operational processes, • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, • Knowledge of health & safety, security, and facilities management best practices, • Proven experience in facilities, site services, or security management, • Solid understanding of UK health & safety regulations, • Experience managing small teams and coordinating multiple operational functions
