    We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Window & Door Fitter to join our growing team delivering high-quality residential and commercial installations across Lancashire. As a key face of our company, you will be responsible for removing existing frames, measuring accurately, and installing a variety of uPVC, aluminium, and timber windows, doors, and conservatories. We pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship, clean working environments, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Installation: Expertly fit uPVC, composite, and aluminium windows, external doors, bifold systems, and conservatories. Preparation & Finishing: Safely remove old frames, prepare openings, apply cloaking/trimming, seal internally and externally (silicone/mastic work), and ensure clean, draught-proof finishes. Problem Solving: Approach daily installation challenges on site with a practical, "can-do" attitude and a focus on solutions. Customer Care: Represent the business professionally on-site, respecting customer properties, maintaining clean work zones, and communicating clearly with homeowners. Quality & Safety: Work efficiently while upholding strict health and safety standards and maintaining high attention to detail. Key Requirements Work Ethic: Strong, hard-working ethos with a commitment to getting the job done right first time. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in window and door fitting (lead fitters and competent installer pairs welcome). Skills: Proficient in the use of hand/power tools, timber/uPVC trimming, and clean mastic application. License: Full UK Driving License (clean or low points). Certifications (Desirable): NVQ Level 2 in Fenestration / MTC card / FENSA or CERTASS accreditation is a strong advantage. Physical Fitness: Ability to handle manual lifting, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
