Our Customer Service Centre is at the heart of our business. We are open to hearing from dynamic customer-service extraordinaires to work within our team. In this role, you will: Operate in both an Inbound and Outbound capacity in order to manage interactions with customers whilst problem shooting issues. Empathise with customers and provide recommendations for workable solutions. To be successful, you will have; Demonstrated experience in a customer-service role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
