Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain a safe, fast-paced, and positive laboratory environment., • Perform analytical characterization and stability testing of research materials, including:, • Measurement of pH., • Viscosity measurement using specialized equipment., • Water activity measurement to support product stability and shelf-life evaluation., • Flash point determination (flammability assessment)., • Organoleptic (sensory) evaluations., • Documentation and interpretation of stability data., • Preparation of media and the ability to use a balance, prepare growth media, steam sterilization, and pouring molten media into petri dishes., • Technical conduct of assigned tasks in the Microbiology lab and Clinical Services department as needed., • Make certain that all experimental data, including observations of unanticipated responses of the test system are accurately recorded and verified., • Data entry involves the ability to work with large excel documents, entering data and performing downstream calculations utilizing excel formulas., • Maintain and regularly update resume and training records., • Follow all applicable Good Laboratory Practice Regulations., • Follow all protocol and SOPs, reporting any deviations promptly to Study Director., • Note and inform Study Director of any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the quality and integrity of the study., • Follow all applicable Good Clinical Practice Regulations., • Obtain informed consent from human test subjects in a GCP setting., • Obtain background health information from prospective study subjects to evaluate their eligibility to participate in Eurofins CRL, LLC . clinical trials., • Obtain HIPAA Authorization from prospective study subjects., • Coordinate with Principal Investigator to ensure adequate subject recruitment has been met for each study., • Interact directly with clients on an as-needed basis., • Perform delegated duties assigned by Principal Investigator., • Responsible for the technical conduct of assigned tasks., • Follow all protocol and SOPs, reporting any deviations promptly to Principal Investigator., • Responsible for other assigned tasks within the Microbiology lab, including hands-on testing in both in vitro and in vivo projects, and including:, • Preparation of sterile aliquots of liquid media in tubes., • Performing serial dilutions and plating onto agar plates., • Performing testing methodologies both in the lab and with clinical subjects involves extensive time in a sitting or standing position and walking subjects through a testing methodology or performing in-vitro testing on a bench top per standardized testing methodologies., • Responsible for the technical conduct of assigned tasks in the Clinical Services department. Tasks included in this testing include preparation of study materials, study conduct, and executing clinical studies with human subjects., • Preparation of study materials requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills., • Performing study conduct after adequate training, including patching for sensitization tests, and performing basic dermal evaluations of study subjects., • Performing testing methodologies with clinical subjects involves informed consent of volunteers, eligibility screening, and leading subjects through testing methodologies and study requirements., • Other duties as needed.Qualifications Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s-level degree in a science field ie: biochemistry or a related field such as chemistry preferred but not required, • Minimum 0-2+ years laboratory expereince, • Ability to operate standard and advanced laboratory instrumentation as evidenced through prior work experience., • Experience in aseptic technique., • Expereince with chromatogrphy, • Experience with basic microbiology equipment and techniques., • Experience in analytical characterization and stability assessment., • Experience related to clinical research (HIPAA, screening, obtaining informed consent, etc.)., • Experience relating to FDA/USP/EP oversight of cosmetics and topical/oral antiseptics., • Strong attention to detail relating to GLP/GCP compliant documentation practices and Quality Assurance., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)., • Ability to perform microbiological techniques (pipetting, plating, etc.), and general lab maintenance at a moderate volume Additional Information Position is full-time working, Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with limited coverage over weekends as necessary. The incumbent develops excellent working relationships with sales leadership and sales professionals to understand real time training gaps and needs to address in sales training meetings such as New Hire Training classes, POA meetings, product or indication launch meetings and Global Sales Meeting. Incumbent works cross functionally with medical, marketing and product teams to identify training needs and collaborate in the creation and execution of training programs. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Coordinate with sales leaders, HR and Area Sales Trainers to lead an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires in the Oncology business unit. ● Develop and execute highly engaging new-hire sales training content, sales training programs, and continuing education on all Oncology products for a business unit of nearly 500. ● Partner with marketing, product, user experience, operations and medical teams to plan, organize and execute annual "global sales meeting", "business unit sales meeting" and "plan of action meeting" training content. ● Assist in developing the content of live clinical product training and sales skills training (in person, via Zoom and hybrid). ● Establish positive working relationships and collaborate with product, marketing, sales, medical departments and others to align on messaging for sales success. ● Understand competitive market space and train sales to succeed in highly competitive markets. ● Fully proficient on Natera sales process. ● Working knowledge of sales and analytics platforms and applications. ● Design Google Slides, PowerPoint slides, articulate courses, and voice record LMS content and recordings. ● Spend time in the field with sales professionals to help them develop, provide feedback, and better understand the needs of sales regarding training. ● Other duties as assigned.
