Assist has a proud 30 year history of providing emergency medical services to the diverse and vibrant communities of NYC. Assist Ambulance offers Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support via emergency and non-emergency ambulance transports for various hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, doctor's offices, and community-based organizations. Emergency Medical Technicians are required to follow guidelines from the Department of Health - Bureau of EMS and Trauma Systems, and Regional Emergency Medical Services Council of NYC protocols for Basic Life Support.
