Qualifications * High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field preferred) * Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to remain patient, professional, and compassionate * Reliable transportation (if required for travel) * Ability to pass background check * RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)
