For more information please visit us at , , & Job Description HRC Financial Group is seeking an Internal Wholesaler to execute several critical front office sales and marketing functions. We are seeking a candidate who currently resides or is willing to relocate to the NYC Metro area. HRC requires team members to operate both independently, with little oversight, as well as in a collaborative, team-based environment. Primary responsibilities of internal wholesalers include but are not limited to: * Develop a deep understanding of our investment strategies * Profile financial advisors and how to help them increase their business * Speak with advisors directly and proactively establish rapport to create interest in product to schedule meetings for Regional Sales Directors for sales presentations * Maintain constant and open communication with Regional Sales Directors by using sales contact database and by recording activity on all calls * Deliver sales literature to effectively facilitate sales process and enhance advisor relationships * Researching investment styles of money managers across various sales territories * Maintaining necessary correspondence with prospective clients in order to move sales process towards closing * Collaborating with colleagues to build sales strategies * Tracking revenues and projected revenues for the sales team Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or finance * Series 7 & 63 (Not required for the candidate but we expect to be obtained within 6 months of employment) * Strong telephone skills, focus, and presence * Strong planning and organization skills * Knowledge of financial markets and basic economic principles Company Description For Financial Advisors HRC Group specializes in providing access to differentiated mutual funds, interval funds, and separate account strategies designed to help financial advisors and wealth managers at independent RIAs, independent broker/dealers and major wirehouses meet the challenges of today’s market environment.
