WHAT YOU'LL DO The Chief of Staff, Care Delivery is a high-impact, highly visible role serving as a force multiplier to the lead of our Care Delivery organization. This leader oversees an organization of approximately 500 clinical and operational staff — spanning nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, community health workers, social workers, and operators — working within a value-based oncology care model. The Chief of Staff, Care Delivery will drive clarity, alignment, and execution across one of the most complex and consequential parts of the organization. This is not a coordination-only role. The right candidate will operate with autonomy, exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership on both long-term priorities and day-to-day operational performance.
