Job Description Immediate Hiring For Production Finisher / Mold Operator Pay- 18.25$/hJob Overview We are actively hiring immediately for a Production Finisher / Mold Operator to support manufacturing operations in a clean, temperature-controlled facility serving aerospace and medical industries. This role involves a combination of finishing, assembly, and plastic molding tasks, requiring strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities • Perform assembly and finishing tasks such as insert installation, fastening, bonding, spot welding, part marking, masking, sanding, and measuring, following established procedures., • Operate plastic molding machines to manufacture small parts in accordance with production guidelines., • Safely use hand tools and light power tools for mechanical and basic electrical assembly work., • Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to meet precise specifications and tolerances., • Carry out repetitive production tasks while maintaining a focus on safety, efficiency, and product quality., • Measure components using tape measures and other tools to ensure accuracy and compliance., • Accurately complete all required documentation with close attention to detail., • Follow all defined processes, procedures, and quality standards for each task., • Work collaboratively on assembly lines and in production areas to meet output targets., • Keep workspaces clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.Essential Skills, • Ability to safely operate hand tools and light power tools., • Experience or strong aptitude for manufacturing, assembly, or production work., • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining precision and quality., • Strong attention to detail in documentation and production tasks., • Basic mechanical skills and comfort working with tools and equipment., • Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions., • Proficiency in using measuring tools accurately., • Entry-level or prior experience in general labor or assembly line environments.Preferred Qualifications, • Background in manufacturing, assembly, or production roles., • Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly., • Familiarity with machine shop or production tools and equipment., • Exposure to aerospace or medical manufacturing processes is a plus., • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Why Join Us? Work Environment This role is based in a modern, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility producing small plastic components. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
