    We are looking for a dependable and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems., • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures., • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary., • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system., • Process orders, returns, payments, or account updates as needed., • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved., • Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex or ongoing issues., • Meet performance metrics such as response times, customer satisfaction, and productivity., • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus., • Prior customer service experience is preferred (call center, retail, administrative, or remote)., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively., • Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and basic office software., • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn., • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism. The main role is to assist floor staff in motivating the team to exceed sales targets. The sales manager position is considered a part-time key holder.
