E-Commerce Manager — Marketplace & Social Commerce (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Whatnot, TikTok Shop) Location: New York, NY Reports to: CEO Type: Full-time --- Now we're building a direct-to-consumer and marketplace business to grow our brands, reach shoppers directly, and create a more diversified, resilient sales mix. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape that effort. The Role We're hiring our first E-Commerce Manager to own and grow the company's presence across Amazon, Whatnot, and TikTok Shop. This is a builder's role. You'll start as a hands-on operator — writing listings, running ad campaigns, hosting live shows, and analyzing performance yourself. As the channels prove out, you'll grow into the leader of the function: managing third-party agencies, hiring and directing internal team members, and setting strategy across all three platforms. The ideal person is equally comfortable in the weeds (optimizing a product detail page or going live on camera) and at the whiteboard (building the channel roadmap and P&L). You're scrappy, data-driven, and excited to build something from zero. What You'll Own Amazon (Seller Central) • Own the full Seller Central operation: catalog and listing quality, content and A+, pricing, Buy Box, and Brand Registry., • Build and optimize the SKU catalog, including bringing our broad off-price assortment online (a backlog of ~180+ SKUs to build and list)., • Manage advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display) — either directly or through an agency — against clear ROAS/ACoS targets., • Coordinate inventory, FBA/FBM strategy, replenishment, and account health with our operations and supply chain teams. Whatnot • Launch and grow the company's live-selling presence, leveraging our depth of branded and value inventory — a natural fit for live-auction and closeout formats., • Plan, host, and produce recurring live shows; build a repeat audience and community., • Own show merchandising, pricing/auction strategy, fulfillment coordination, and post-show analytics. TikTok Shop • Build the TikTok Shop channel across our consumer brands (starting with XO Poppy), including catalog, live shopping, and the affiliate/creator program., • Recruit and manage creator and affiliate partnerships; brief content, negotiate commissions, and track performance., • Drive short-form content strategy and live shopping events, in partnership with agencies and creators. Agency & Team Management • Select, onboard, and manage third-party agencies (ads, content, creator sourcing, listing services); hold them accountable to scope, budget, and results., • As channels scale, define roles, hire, and build out an internal e-commerce team — and lead them as a player-coach., • Own the channel calendar, promotional planning, and cross-functional coordination with operations, brand, compliance, and finance. Strategy, Analytics & P&L • Build the growth roadmap and set targets across all three channels., • Own channel-level reporting and unit economics; make data-driven decisions on assortment, pricing, and spend., • Track profitability by channel and SKU, factoring in fees, ad spend, returns, and fulfillment costs. What We're Looking For Required • 3–6+ years running e-commerce/marketplace channels, with hands-on ownership of at least one of Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, or Whatnot (Amazon strongly preferred)., • Demonstrated results growing revenue and margin on marketplace or social-commerce platforms., • Strong analytical skills — comfortable in spreadsheets, reading channel dashboards, and managing to KPIs (ROAS/ACoS, conversion, sell-through, contribution margin)., • Experience managing agencies or external vendors and holding them to results., • A builder's mindset: self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable being the whole team before you have one. Preferred / Nice to Have • Experience with live commerce (Whatnot, TikTok Live, Amazon Live) — including hosting on camera., • Background in consumer electronics, accessories, or fast-moving consumer goods., • Familiarity with the off-price/closeout model and moving diverse, value-driven assortments., • Creator/influencer marketing and affiliate program experience., • Working knowledge of listing tools, feed management, and marketplace analytics platforms. Why This Role • Build from zero. You'll define the channels, the playbook, and eventually the team., • Real inventory, real brands. Established portfolio and supply behind you — not a startup guessing at product-market fit., • Room to grow. This role is designed to scale from individual contributor into a department leader.

Job Description About the Company Our client is an e-commerce retailer selling on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Temu and other online marketplaces. We've been doing this since 2018, we represent more than 100 brands, and we're one of the largest online retailers in the health, household and grocery space. We run our own warehouse in New Jersey, which means we control fulfillment rather than renting it. The business is three things. We buy direct from brands and their authorized distributors and resell across our marketplaces. We take select brands exclusive and run their entire Amazon presence, listings, pricing, advertising and enforcement. And we manage marketplace operations for a small number of outside brands. We got here on sourcing. Not ad spend, not storefront design. This business grows when someone opens a door that wasn't open before and the numbers behind it hold up. That's why this role exists. We've built a dominant position in health, household and grocery. We're hiring the person who does it again in the categories we're not in yet. The role This is not an order-processing job. You're not inheriting someone else's accounts and clicking restock. You find brands nobody here has talked to, get in the door, negotiate the terms, and close. Then you run what you built. Because we also take brands exclusive and manage their entire Amazon presence, you walk into a brand conversation with more to offer than "we'd like to buy from you." What you'd own • Finding and opening new brands, distributors, and authorized suppliers, • The full cycle: outreach, negotiation, close, • Pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and exclusivity where it's available, • Vetting the numbers before we commit. Keepa, margin math, sell-through velocity, • Growing the relationships you bring in, • Trade shows Where this goes We're not trying to fill a buyer seat. The first job is to build your own book. Brands and distributors you opened, that you own, that you run. Once that book is real, you stop being the only person working it. You hire buyers underneath you, you set how they source, and you're running an engine instead of a territory. From there, the path is owning the entire sourcing and buying side of the business. The title and the money grow together, and that's deliberate. The position grows. Senior Buyer, to leading a team, to owning the function. We'd rather promote the person who built the book than hire a manager to sit on top of them. The compensation grows, and it keeps growing. Your earnings are tied to purchasing volume, not to a one-time bonus for signing a name. A brand you open this year is still buying next year, and the year after, and you're still paid on it. The book compounds, and your income compounds with it. There is no ceiling where that stops being true. That's the whole design. We're not trying to buy your time. We're trying to back the thing you build. Requirements • At least a year in Amazon FBA wholesale, marketplace buying, or reselling, • You can read a product cold and tell us whether it makes money, • You can negotiate, and you're comfortable being the face of a company to a brand ownerThis isn't for you if, • You've never sourced a brand yourself, • You want to process POs someone else landed, • You're coming from high-ticket. This is high-volume, thin-margin wholesale, where the wins come from throughput rather than ticket size. That's a real adjustment Benefits The compensation $100,000 to $200,000 total, uncapped. The performance side is tied directly to the purchasing volume you build, and the ramp is set up so you're earning on top of base from month one. Benefits • Paid time off, • Paid sick leave, • Seven paid company holidays, • All trade show and vendor travel covered by the company

Experience with e-commerce logistics, including Amazon FBA and retail distribution center deliveries. Salesforce, HubSpot) and logistics TMS systems. The Senior Sales Manager will drive new business growth by developing and managing U.

The Role You will own Seller Central end to end: the listings, the advertising, the rankings, the compliance and the account health. Not assist on it, own it. That means you decide what gets launched, what gets fixed first, and what a good week looks like. The reason this role exists is that supplements are harder on Amazon than almost any other category. Claims are regulated, listings get suppressed for language that would pass anywhere else, and the competition buys the same keywords you do. Someone who has scaled a nutraceutical brand there already knows this. That is who we are looking for. What you will be doing • Account management. Run Seller Central across FBA and FBM, including inventory and operations., • Listing optimisation. Titles, bullets, A+ content and imagery that convert, written to stay inside FDA and FTC limits for supplements., • Search and ranking. Keyword research and organic ranking strategy against established competitors., • Advertising. Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and DSP. Bring ACOS down while volume goes up., • Product launches. Take new SKUs from zero using PPC, promotions and external traffic., • Reporting. Own the numbers that matter: CTR, CVR, ACOS, TACOS, organic rank, review velocity. Turn them into decisions, not dashboards., • Competitive intelligence. Track what the category is doing and find the gaps worth taking., • Brand protection. Handle suppressions and appeals, and keep hijackers and copycats off our listings. What we will judge in the first ninety days • You know our catalogue, its rankings and its weak points better than we do., • A written plan for the account, prioritised by revenue impact rather than by effort., • At least one listing measurably improved, with the before and after numbers., • Immediate value added shown What you bring • Three to five years running Amazon Seller Central, with real results in supplements, nutraceuticals or consumer health., • Proof you have scaled an account past $1,000,000 a month. Bring the numbers., • Amazon PPC at a technical level, including DSP, not just campaign babysitting., • Working knowledge of FDA and FTC rules for dietary supplements and Amazon's policy layer on top of them., • Tooling. Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Sellerboard or the equivalent & more., • Writing. You can write product copy and a clear weekly update without help., • Independence. Nobody here will manage your calendar. Bonus • Hands-on Amazon DSP campaigns., • Case studies where a supplement SKU reached the top of its category., • Experience routing external traffic from Google, TikTok or influencers into Amazon. How to Apply This role is on-site at our Brickell office in Miami. You will be in the room with the people whose decisions depend on the numbers you own. Apply here or Send your CV and a short video to our messages or emails: , copying . In the note, answer one question: name an Amazon account you grew, what it was doing when you took it over, and what it was doing when you left. That single answer tells us more than a cover letter will.
