Job Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Processor to join our team in Burbank, California. The Accounts Payable Processorwill play a key role in managing vendor invoices, employee expense reimbursements, and other financial transactions. Responsibilities: • Match purchase orders with invoices and accurately enter them into the accounting system while adhering to departmental policies and deadlines., • Process employee expense reimbursements in compliance with established procedures., • Maintain and update the Oracle accounts payable vendor database, ensuring proper retention of files., • Prepare journal entry spreadsheets and ensure accuracy in documentation., • Generate prepaid reports, attach relevant invoices, and verify coding to prepaid accounts., • Compile backup documentation for general ledger reconciliations and complete reconciliation spreadsheets., • Investigate and resolve inquiries related to issued checks and arrange replacements when necessary., • Monitor charges to the corporate American Express card and reconcile the monthly statement., • Update and maintain hardware and software budget spreadsheets regularly., • Prepare year-end Form 1099-M for payable suppliers and assist with the annual financial audit., • Proficiency in accounts payable processes, including invoice coding and reconciliation., • Experience with account coding and handling automated clearing house (ACH) transactions., • Strong knowledge of check runs and vendor payment procedures., • Familiarity with Oracle software or similar accounting systems., • Ability to research and resolve discrepancies in financial records., • Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing journal entries and reconciliations., • Effective communication skills for resolving inquiries and collaborating with team members., • Previous experience in financial services or a similar industry is preferred.

Job Description POSITION TITLE: ICMS Case Manager HOURS: Full Time REPORT TO: Workforce Development Director LOCATION: Onsite, travel required within LA County SALARY: $60,000-$70,000 per year Job Summary: The ICMS Case Manager provides high quality on-site case management services to residents of Solaris Apartments. Serves as the central point of contact for clients as they navigate the transition from “person experiencing homelessness” to “tenant living within the community. In conjunction with the housing program manager and other case management staff, evaluate individual/families for permanent housing. Assist individuals/families to establish eligibility for subsidized housing including the collection of all required documents and completion of all applications family’s health needs. The ICMS Case Manager is responsible for ensuring all client data is submitted timely and accurately reported for contracting purposes. The ICMS Case Manager will report directly to the Director of Workforce Development. Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Duties: • Develop professional relationships with clients and maintain a caseload of project based and/or tenant-based participants, conducting regular face-to-face case management sessions., • Assist with the preparation of forms and any other documentation required for initial housing voucher approval with the Housing Authority (HACLA, LACDA, Brilliant Corners), including annual recertification thereafter., • Conduct regular on-site office hours at the assigned property., • Conduct ongoing monthly case management sessions to housed individuals/families to monitor clients’ progress and to provide appropriate community referrals. This includes referrals to any needed services including health, mental health, education, and vocational training, serving as an advocate or liaison to other organizations on behalf of the client when needed., • Provide education on topics pertaining to successful housing retention, decrease social isolation., • Support clients in the development of independent living skills including money management and budgeting, housekeeping, nutrition and food preparation, social/recreational activities, and job training/placement (when appropriate) that will help them maintain independent living., • Develop and implement an individualized service plan, in collaboration with each participant emphasizing coordinated strategies for, financial stability, educational, mental health, substance abuse issues, relapse prevention, medication management, vocational training, immigration, legal issues, and any other risk factors that could impede permanent housing of self-sufficiency., • Assist clients with maintaining medication and treatment regimens and appointments in the community with health, mental health, and other care providers., • Utilize a harm reduction, client focused and strengths-based model., • Ensure case notes are entered into the Homeless Management Information System, • (HMIS) within 48 hours of completing a direct case management service with client, submit notes for review by program manager weekly., • Manage client file organization, ensure appropriate forms are updated as required., • ·Respond to urgent requests for assistance from clients or property management., • Develop close working relationships with all collaborating agencies, including property management and CBO’s Experience: Three to five years’ experience providing services to highly vulnerable populations Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must be highly motivated and a self-starter. The ability to communicate with and relate to a diverse group of people including clients, community, and other staff. Must have excellent organizational skills and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of housing market, housing programs and resources. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, Critical Time Intervention, and Housing First. Excellent communication skills and the ability to read, interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence. Must be able to analyze source documents and solve practical problems arising from interpretation. Must be detail-oriented and accurate.
