Case managers are also essential to establishing relationships and partnerships with local treatment organizations that may serve those impacted by gun violence in Delaware County. Job Description Position Summary The position of Divisional Deputy City Solicitor of the Affirmative & Special Litigation Unit requires an attorney experienced in commercial and complex civil litigation matters, who is capable of managing and handling individual cases on their own, being a key team member on the Unit’s most impactful cases and advising the Unit’s many clients. This work includes developing affirmative suits and other innovative approaches to furthering the City’s goals. The position of Divisional Deputy City Solicitor has supervisory responsibilities within the Unit in addition to handling litigation and non-litigation matters described above.
