As part of the Innovetive Petcare network, we offer industry-leading support, continuing education, and tools that empower our veterinary professionals to thrive. 2812 W Gandy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33611 Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling | Rotating Weekends Competitive Hourly Pay: starting at $16+/hr based on experience • Advanced medicine meets community care – We handle everything from wellness to urgent cases, • Flexible scheduling and rotating weekends – We value work-life balance, • Closed on major holidays with holiday pay, • Monitor vital signs before, during, and after anesthesia, • Administer IV fluids, oxygen therapy, and medications, • Provide support for critical and hospitalized patientsSurgical & Anesthesia Support, • Prep and induce anesthesia, monitor surgical patients, • Maintain sterile fields and assist during procedures, • Clean and sterilize surgical tools and equipmentDiagnostics & Lab Work, • Perform radiographs, urinalysis, fecals, cytology, and blood draws, • Operate diagnostic equipment (ECG, ultrasound)Client Communication, • Provide discharge instructions and preventive care education, • Review treatment plans and answer client questions, • Deliver compassionate service in emotional or stressful situationsGeneral Practice Support, • Prep for dental cleanings and routine exams, • Safely restrain patients during procedures, • 1–2+ years in a veterinary clinic or hospital, • Strong skills in surgery, anesthesia, diagnostics, and patient monitoring, • Emergency experience is a plusEducation & Credentials:, • High school diploma or equivalent required, • Veterinary technology training or degree preferred, • RVT, CVT, LVT, or eligible preferred, • Recover Certified preferred, but not required. Skills & Traits:, • EMR proficiency (Avimark, Cornerstone, etc.), • Team-oriented with a can-do attitude, • Calm under pressure and confident in fast-paced settings, • Strong client communication and education abilities
