Just as Axtria has a dedicated Clinical Solutions CoE, we are now investing in a Commercial CoE—focused on Medical Affairs, Omnichannel & Customer Engagement, and Patient Services / Hubs. This role will define how deep pharma commercial expertise is embedded into AI and Data solutions at scale. If you have: • Lived inside pharma commercial operations, • Then gone on to build or scale solutions in consulting, analytics, or a platform firm The Opportunity This is not a traditional consulting role, delivery leadership role, or internal innovation job. This is a build, sell, and scale role. You will: • Create commercially grounded AI accelerators that solve real pharma problems, • Turn innovation into funded client engagements with measurable ROI, • Enable account teams to confidently sell and defend these solutions, • Drive competitive displacement by winning deals from incumbents, • Build and lead a lean team of elite domain and business solution leaders What You’ll Do Build & Innovate • Lead end‑to‑end innovation for commercial solutions across Medical Affairs, Omnichannel, and Patient Services, • Create reusable, production‑grade AI accelerators and agentic solutions embedded in pharma commercial workflows, • Convert innovations into funded, multi‑quarter client engagements, • Co‑sell with Client Partners as a senior domain advisor to pharma commercial leaders, • Produce competitive battle cards, win strategies, and displacement playbooks, • Transfer knowledge so account teams can independently position, demo, and defend solutions, • Build GTM playbooks, POVs, case studies, and thought leadership used actively in pursuits, • Build and mentor a team of Pharma Domain & Business Solution Leaders, • Drive measurable upskilling in AI / GenAI / agentic AI frameworks, • Remain personally engaged in client advisory, solution architecture, and delivery leadership You are a hybrid leader—not a pure consultant and not a pure pharma lifer. You likely: • Spent meaningful years inside pharma commercial operations (Medical Affairs, Omnichannel, Patient Services, Commercial Ops), • Then moved to a consulting, analytics, or platform firm where you built and scaled solutions, • Have been trusted by pharma leaders as a peer, not a vendor, • 20+ years in life sciences with deep commercial expertise in at least two of:, • Medical Affairs, • Omnichannel & Customer Engagement, • Patient Services / Hub Operations, • Commercial Operations / Sales Effectiveness, • Strong understanding of pharma commercial data ecosystems (claims, Rx, CRM, digital, field, medical, patient), • Proven experience building solution practices, CoEs, or repeatable accelerators, • Demonstrated GTM and co‑selling capability, • Fluency in AI, GenAI, and agentic AI concepts (no coding required), • Ability to translate complex AI into clear executive narratives, • A strong pharma network that accelerates credibility and access, • You will define and lead Axtria’s Commercial AI direction—not inherit it, • You will have real ownership: innovation, GTM, revenue, and talent, • You will work alongside senior leaders who value domain depth and execution This role is for someone who wants to: • Build commercial AI solutions that actually sell, • Influence clients at the highest levels, • Leave behind one‑off projects and create enduring solution assets Pay Transparency Laws Salary range or hourly pay range for the position The salary range for this position is $204,250 to $312,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
