Key Responsibilities: • Appointment Scheduling:Manage and coordinate service appointments for our luxury Volvo clientele, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource allocation., • Follow-Up:Proactively follow up with clients to confirm appointments, reschedule as needed, and address any changes or special requests., • Confirmation:Verify appointment details and communicate with clients to ensure they are well-informed and prepared for their service visit., • Glitch Recovery:Handle any scheduling issues or glitches with a keen eye for detail, implementing swift solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain client satisfaction., • Customer Interaction:Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role, preferably in an automotive or luxury retail environment., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively., • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written., • Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications., • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling unexpected issues.
