We are a single doctor chiropractic office in Warren Township. We are looking for someone to work as our front desk receptionist for about 20 hours per week. We currently have one person working in this position, but we need a second. The hours are 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. (We are closed Tuesdays and Sundays) The pay is $16 per hour. There may occasionally be additional hours depending on our other employee's schedule, so having flexibility with your schedule is a plus where you would be available to fill in for a morning shift or a Saturday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Job responsibilities include: • Answering the phone and scheduling appointments, • Accepting and recording payments, • Verifying insurance information, following up on insurance claims submitted, • Having computer skills - being able to create invoices, fill out medical claims, and use medical software (we will train you on this), • Maintaining treatment rooms between patients - keeping them neat and supplied, • Washing, drying, and folding gowns and towels and then supplying them to the treatment rooms, • Enjoying interacting with people and being empathetic, • Having a cheerful and positive personality, • Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude
