Baker Job Responsibilities: Measure and mix ingredients to produce bakery products including bread, pastries etc. using precise café standards. Ensure correct quantities of baked goods are being produced daily and works with the management teams to plan production schedules. Manage the baking environment by maintaining quality presentation, monitor oven temperature and baking times, and evaluate product against standards. Visually merchandise and display all products. Receive and store inventory, proof/prepare for baking, and bake to ensure the consistency of product.
