Job Description Procopio is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for our downtown San Diego office who will work directly with our firm’s Information Services (IS) team to provide excellent technical assistance and support to our team. In this role, you will act as the primary interface with end users when investigating and resolving problems and will provide first-line technical support for hardware and software applications (both deskside and virtually for desktops, laptops, printers, software applications, and conference rooms).
