Help Group is seeking warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join its rapidly expanding private practice program, Lumina Counseling. Contracting with a wide variety of insurance companies, Lumina specializes in ADD/ADHD, Anxiety/Panic Disorders, Autism (ABA), Autism Spectrum Disorders, Behavior Modification, Bipolar Disorders, Depressive disorders, Divorced/blended family issues, OCD, LGBTQIA+ & Transgender issues, Adoption, Sexual Abuse, Victims of Abuse, Assault, Trauma, Conduct/disruptive Disorder, Grief/Loss, PTSD, History of Chemical Dependency, Prenatal & Postpartum Issues, & Schizophrenia. We offer individual, group, couples, and family therapy to people of all ages, both in-person and online, throughout the Los Angeles area. We also offer psycho-educational evaluations and diagnostic assessments. Position Details: • Full-Time, • Locations: Sherman Oaks QUALIFICATIONS: • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California., • Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience., • Previous experience in providing clinical supervision to interns and associates., • Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities, clinical practices, and ethical standards., • Experience with CPT codes, insurance billing practices and documentation preferred. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide clinical supervision to MFT interns and associates, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards, • Oversee the clinical training and development of unlicensed supervisees, offering guidance on case conceptualization, diagnosing, treatment planning, evidence-based interventions, and feedback to enhance their skills and competencies., • Foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment for supervisees., • Monitor and evaluate the performance of supervisees, completing required documentation and reports reviewing/approving progress notes and clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with agency and program requirements., • Conduct weekly individual and group supervision, including case reviews and treatment planning., • Monitor and evaluate the performance of supervisees, completing required documentation and reports, reviewing/approving progress notes and clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with agency and program requirements., • Stay current with developments in the field of marriage and family therapy, including evidence-based practices and continuing education., • Collaborate with the Director and other team members to support the growth and development of Lumina Counseling's Services., • Conduct Individual, couples, family, and group treatment utilizing multi-modality approach depending on referred clients assessed needs and preference for telehealth or in person psychotherapy and counseling as needed, .and required, and provide referrals for psychiatric evaluation, case management and other support including follow-up on same. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs.
