The ATLAS Hope program aims to meet the economic, emotional, and mental health needs of adult men, ages 25 and older who have had a history of trauma, lived experience with violence, and involvement in the criminal legal system by providing outreach, transitional employment, behavioral health supports delivered primarily through CBI, and coaching and case management. Crew Liaisons are responsible for supervising, supporting, and inspiring ATLAS Hope participants who are engaged in transitional employment through a trauma-informed and restorative justice lens on and off the worksite and during remote sessions, and adhering to the model prescribed by UWNYC, philosophies and approaches, manuals and policies, exude a collegial nature that is rooted in authentic engagement, and relish in the opportunity to collaborate with members across teams proactively.
