Job DescriptionMarketing Manager About the Role The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving growth across a diverse brand portfolio by developing and executing innovative brand and trade marketing programs that increase awareness, trial, and sales velocity across all channels. This role is responsible for creating scalable, insight-driven marketing initiatives that connect long-term brand strategy with strong in-market execution. Working cross-functionally with Sales, National Accounts, and external partners, the Marketing Manager brings bold, retail-ready ideas to life across on-premise, off-premise, and emerging channels. Success in this role is measured by the ability to develop impactful programs, elevate brand presence, and deliver measurable growth in distribution and sales performance. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Trade Marketing Strategy • Develop and execute integrated brand and trade marketing programs across a multi-brand portfolio, • Translate brand positioning into disruptive, channel-ready marketing initiatives, • Support annual and seasonal marketing planning tied to key consumption occasions (e.g., Summer, Holiday, Halloween), • Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all consumer and trade touchpoints, • Identify new in-market positioning opportunities to drive relevance, differentiation, and growthProgram Development & Innovation, • Build scalable marketing programs deployable across multiple channels, including:, • In-store merchandising and point-of-sale materials, • Digital and shopper marketing initiatives, • Experiential activations and events, • Develop core marketing assets, including:, • Brand toolkits, • Campaign guidelines, • Sell-in and sales support materials, • Generate innovative ideas that drive incremental distribution, visibility, and consumer engagement, • Partner with agencies, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely and effective program executionSales & Channel Support, • Collaborate with Sales and distributor teams to adapt marketing programs across:, • On-premise accounts, • Independent retail, • Regional and national accounts, • Provide tools and resources that support distribution growth and best-in-class in-market execution, • Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches, limited-time offerings, and innovation initiativesInsights, Analytics & Performance, • Leverage syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) and internal reporting to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy, • Track and report on program effectiveness, including:, • Sales impact, • Brand visibility, • Execution quality, • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimize future programs and investmentsPlanning & Cross-Functional Collaboration, • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives, • Partner with creative, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and feasibility, • Support innovation and new product development through marketing strategy and launch planningQualifications, • Bachelor’s degree required, • 4+ years of experience in brand, trade, or shopper marketing within beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods, • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including on-premise and off-premise environments, • Proven experience developing integrated marketing programs from concept through execution, • Experience leveraging syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI) and translating insights into action preferred, • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, • Strong organizational and project management skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentKey External Relationships, • Distributor sales and marketing teams, • Agency and creative partners, • POS and merchandising vendors Offers a competitive employment package for its employees, particularly in sales and management roles, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans with company match, and paid time off.
