ABOUT THE ROLE You will provide administrative and legal support to multiple partners, helping manage a high-volume, deadline-driven practice. The right candidate is detail-obsessed, discreet, and able to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball. RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple partners, • Prepare, format, proofread correspondence, contracts and legal documents, • Maintain and organize files and document management systems, • Assist with drafting routinue correspondence and tracking deal timelines and deadlines, • Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties on behalf of attorneys, • Handle billing support, expense reporting, and invoicing, • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and discretion, • Provide general office and administrative support as neededQUALIFICATIONS, • 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or executive assistant - experience in an entertainment, media, or talent agency environment strongly preferred, • Familiarity with entertainment industry terminology and deal-making a significant plus, • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Zoom, Calendly, and other similar products; experience with document management system a plus, • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced boutique setting, • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and client-service orientation, • MUST BE A RESIDENT OF CALIFORNIA OR NEW YORKCOMPENSATION Competitive and commensurate with experience TO APPLY Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter.
