The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for client case record reviews, performance improvement and quality improvement to include all required monthly reports. KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Responsible for the daily operations and performance of the OTP program, • Manage OTP clinic operations to budgeted and planned results., • Work closely with staff via weekly supervision to ensure the completion of performance goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for miscellaneous tasks throughout the lab, including cleaning, ordering, discarding of solutions, organizing supplies, and retrieving and returning samples from sample storage. Job Description Position Description Responsible for the provision of supportive counseling with families residing in the New Broadway Family Shelter, the Client Care Coordinator (CCC) will conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments and other screenings of family members to inform the family’s Independent Living Plan. In addition, the Licensed Social Worker will work with high-need families and in particular family members struggling with taking actions to secure next step housing, pursuing vocational/educational opportunities, domestic violence, parenting, accessing entitlements, medical and mental health needs. The CCC will work from a Trauma Informed Lens, using Motivational Interviewing techniques based on Harm reduction Principles. In addition, the CCC will do crisis intervention as needed and refer clients to the Housing Specialist for next-step housing needs and coordinate care with all other staff within the facility and other providers. The CCC will also provide short term counseling to individuals and families. They will facilitate groups and workshops and will Co-facilitate Staff trainings. They will guide the social service team in clinically informed interventions for individuals and families. The CCC will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contract services requirements, maintain regular contact with families, and ensure client and collaterals are active in program activities. The CCC will be supervised by an LCSW and will earn hours towards their LCSW.
