Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET. What You'll Work On • Provide one-on-one coaching to support members' personal goals, inspire self-discovery, and strengthen skills for care, • Plan and lead group activities that encourage participation, build community, and celebrate progress, • Help members access and navigate community resources and support services, • Conduct field work in the community, including home check-ins and attending events with members as a supportive peer, • NYS Certified Peer Specialist (NYCPS) certification required, • Minimum 2 years of stable, personal recovery, • High school diploma or equivalent required, • At least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges, • Strong coaching and motivational skills, with ability to support individuals through challenges and model effective coping strategies, • Ability to engage effectively one-on-one and in groups; group facilitation experience preferred, • Knowledge of the New York City area mental health and social service systems, • Understanding of member rights, confidentiality, and trauma-informed care, • Holistic approach to health and wellness As a clinician at Amae, you are not adjacent to this work.
