Purpose: Centegix has an immediate opportunity for a Salesforce Delivery Manager to drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce improvements and projects across our organization. The Delivery Manager will manage the project pipeline and case flow, provide technical guidance to inhouse consultants and external managed service teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices. They will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects and cases, from the initial planning and design to the implementation and support. Position Responsibilities: Project Management • Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management., • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality., • Oversee day-to-day and monthly release schedules of Salesforce casesStakeholder Collaboration, • Partner with internal business stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria., • Serve as a trusted advisor, managing expectations and communicating project updates effectively across departments.Team Leadership, • Oversee work from in-house consultants and managed services teams, ensuring alignment, productivity, and collaboration., • Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development to support team growth and excellence.Solution Design & Quality Assurance, • Collaborate with technical architects and developers to design robust, scalable Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices., • Review and validate solution designs, ensuring adherence to Salesforce development and configuration standards., • Implement rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee reliability and performance.Client & Partner Relationship Management, • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce delivery within the organization., • Maintain strong relationships with internal clients and external vendors, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and continuous improvement., • Travel % required for this role and potential territory, • Continue to detail responsibilities, ensuring each is clearly defined and connected to the overall goal of the role, • Specify any metrics or KPIs associated with each responsibility. Requirements:, • 5+ years of proven experience managing Salesforce projects or delivery teams, • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices, • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, • Demonstrated leadership ability in managing small, cross-functional teams including external partners, • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project, • Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment, • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills, • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, • PMP or Agile Scrum Master certification, • Salesforce certifications such as:, • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (highly desirable), • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and transform large sets of data., • Strong Technical Documentation Skills, • Excellent oral communication, listening, interpersonal, and written communication skills, • Willingness to share knowledge with team members, superiors, and users, • Ability to listen to users in a courteous and friendly manner, acknowledge the reality of their problems, translate their descriptions into technical terms, fix the problems, and explain the solutions in terms the users can understand, • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and other employees of the organization, • Strong personal work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and as a part of a collaborative team, • The desire to work on a variety of creative projects to improve process and system use for colleagues, • Ability to work remotely during standard EST/EDT business hours What’s in it for you? • Remote first work environment; we offer workplace flexibility, • Participation in company wide discretionary bonus, • 15 days paid time off(prorated), • 12 paid holidays, • Monthly device(s) reimbursement, • Up to $2500/year reimbursement for eligible education expenses, • We offer a range of Healthcare plans to meet your needs (medical, dental, vision), • 401(k) Plan with 4% employer contribution to help you plan for the future, • Employee Referral Bonus, • Charitable Program Match CENTEGIX is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
