The ideal candidate will excel in motivational site staff oversight, provide a hands-on management approach to tasks and objectives while preserving and increasing the value for the tenants and of the properties. Taking a hands-on approach to lease apartments, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in procedures in accordance with the company's established policies and procedures, as well as in accordance with local, state, and federal housing regulations: • Oversees and assists with the processing of applications, including all required verifications., • Implement advertising and marketing in order to meet, or exceed, the budgeted occupancy., • Markets and leases property according to Premier Living US policies and applicable state and federal laws., • Develops marketing program, monitors trends in the market and determines frequency and advertising needs, prepares advertising copies for newspapers and other media, and maintains advertising log., • Aggressively collect rent each month and minimize delinquency by enforcing the rules and regulations of the lease contract:, • Implements follow-through with delinquent account procedures, including evictions and bad debt write-offs., • Consults with legal counsel and attends court hearings as needed.
